Join Fraser Health's Home Support Services in Port Moody, BC as a Scheduler. This casual role requires solid organization, communication, and teamwork to enhance client care and streamline staff scheduling.

In this Scheduler position, you'll coordinate the schedules for Home Health/Home Support staff, ensuring efficient service delivery to our clients. You'll adjust and prepare schedules according to client needs and relaying vital information to staff. Collaboration with your colleagues is essential for effective communication and addressing any concerns that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and adjust HH/HS staff schedules based on client needs
• Record client intake information and relay details to staff
• Manage staff absences and assign staff as needed




• Liaise with manager about staffing and client concerns
• Maintain accurate client records and service reports

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and an Office Administration Certificate
• Two years’ recent related experience or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
