We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Resourcing & Fulfillment team in Ottawa.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for government and enterprise opportunities, including responding to RFPs, sourcing and qualifying consultants, negotiating rates, and ensuring candidate compliance. You will work closely with Account Executives, Proposal Managers, Practice Leaders, and subcontractor partners to build robust talent pipelines and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

This is a full time position and is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and has a strong background in IT recruitment, professional services, or consulting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within IT staffing, consulting, or professional services.
  
  
  
  
• Experience recruiting for government, public sector, or RFP-driven opportunities is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
