Youll play an essential role in directing fleet operations, managing trucking ops/logistics, driving growth, maximizing efficiencies & support customer satisfaction in that region.

YOU WILL

-Lead daily trucking & fleet operations

-Hire & lead employees reporting to this position

-Coordinate hauling across locations

-Support fleet maintenance & vehicle safety

-Review & validate daily driver and vehicle data

-Ensure compliance w/licensing regulations

-Resolve hauling & operational challenges

-Provide quotes for internal/external customers

-Analyze metrics & growth opportunities

YOU HAVE

-5+ years in Trucking/Transport industry leadership role

-In-depth knowledge of ag & transport industry, fleet mgmt software

-Experience leading, developing, motivating others





-Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills

-Robust computer & analytical skills

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced env

-Flexibility to work varied hours & travel as needed

-Valid drivers license required

-Aware of all regulations, including over dimensional permitting in SK, MB, AB
