YOU WILL - -Lead daily trucking & fleet operations

- -Hire & lead employees reporting to this position
- -Coordinate hauling across locations
- -Support fleet maintenance & vehicle safety
- -Review & validate daily driver and vehicle data
- -Ensure compliance w/licensing regulations
- -Resolve hauling & operational challenges
- -Provide quotes for internal/external customers
- -Analyze metrics & growth opportunities YOU HAVE - -5+ years in Trucking/Transport industry leadership role
- -In-depth knowledge of ag & transport industry, fleet mgmt software
- -Experience leading, developing, motivating others
