FRAME Tutoring is a growing Calgary-based tutoring company looking for passionate, dedicated tutors to join our team. We match students with the right tutor and handle the client side, you just show up and teach. This is a paid independent contractor position offering a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real impact on students' academic journeys.

Responsibilities

- Provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring sessions across a range of subjects, adapting your approach to each student's unique learning style
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with student goals and Alberta curriculum standards
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction accordingly
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that builds student confidence and engagement
- Communicate with students and parents to ensure consistent support and progress tracking
- Maintain organized session records and updates for our team

What We're Looking For

- Currently enrolled in university or holds a post-secondary degree




- Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Experience working with children or youth is an asset
- Reliable, organized, and genuinely good with students

Subjects We Are Currently Hiring For Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Social Studies, and more. In your application, let us know which subjects and grade levels you feel most confident in. Tutoring occurs at the K-12 level.
