What You Will Do - Assist with the implementation, installation, and integration of business telephone systems, including analog, digital, VoIP, and SIP solutions.

- Install and support security systems, audio/visual solutions, and data network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain telecommunications and networking equipment.
- Provide technical support both remotely and on-site.
- Train customers for the effective use of their systems and equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism.





Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications or IT industry.

- Experience working with PBX and VoIP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn innovative technologies and complete ongoing training and certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with Avaya and 3CX systems is considered an asset.
