In this leadership role, you will oversee accounts receivable, driving improvements in collections strategy and forecasting. Collaborating closely with Sales, Regional Management, and Treasury, you will enhance cash flow and manage high-risk accounts. Your ability to analyze variances and create actionable recovery plans will support key stakeholders and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead AR, cash flow, and collections forecasting reports
• Drive enterprise-level collections strategy to improve DSO




• Serve as escalation point for sensitive customer accounts
• Directly manage and develop AR team members
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years in Accounts Receivable or Credit
• 5+ years in senior management roles
• Robust financial analysis and forecasting skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE
