Key Responsibilities:
• Answer all phone inquiries professionally and courteously
• Document and relay messages to Fashion Advisors accurately
• Forge effective client relationships through prompt response




• Assist in cashier operations and transaction processing
• Prepare cash stations and assist with gift wrapping

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
• Adaptable availability for retail hours
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
