You must have strong organizational skills as you collaborate with various teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and accurate documentation throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and clients
• Manage rent collection and maintain records




• Prepare legal notices per the Residential Tenancies Act
• Process rental applications and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
• Provide technical support for the resident portal

Requirements:
• High school diploma; college diploma preferred
• 2 years’ experience in leasing and property administration
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager software
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
