As a Registered Practical Nurse at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital, you will join our dynamic Float Pool team in a day/evening rotation. This position emphasizes providing patient-centered care, mentoring peers, and collaborating with the interprofessional team. You'll also assess complex patient needs and participate in health education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Practice within the RPN scope independently
• Identify and respond to changing patient needs
• Monitor clinical care plans and adjust strategies
• Mentor learners and health professionals
• Provide comprehensive patient documentation

Requirements:
• Graduate of a CNO-approved Practical Nursing program
• Registered RPN in good standing with CNO
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• EHR and clinical documentation experience preferred
• Robust clinical assessment and communication skills
