At Brandt, we are seeking a full-time Warehouseperson with hands-on experience in inventory management. You will be collaborating with our parts department and customer service staff to meet fill rate goals. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately, ensuring proper documentation and inventory placement in our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with staff to achieve fill rate goals
• Pick and pack parts following issued pick lists
• Load trucks with finished goods for delivery




• Inspect outgoing shipments for damage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
• Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Ability to work outside in adverse conditions
• Strong communication skills and good attendance
• Physically fit to handle goods up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to perform various tasks as assigned
