FluidAI is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its R&D; Engineering team for a co-op term of 8 months or longer. This role primarily involves supporting research and development of sensor technologies, engaging with clinical and quality teams, and assisting in the hardware design for medical devices. You'll gain hands-on experience in a cooperative environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and improve sensor-related processes for products
• Execute experimental procedures for research projects
• Analyze and document R&D; data for stakeholders
• Conduct troubleshooting of sensor-related challenges
• Collaborate on verification and validation testing
Requirements:
• Background in research and experimental design
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and signal processing
• Experience in mechanical design (Fusion 360 or SolidWorks)
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
