We are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Coordinator to help manage daily order fulfillment and shipment coordination. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or logistics experience , speaks Mandarin , and wants to work in a fast-paced e-commerce workplace .
Responsibilities
Prepare and track domestic and international shipments
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
Handle order packaging and basic fulfillment tasks
Monitor stock levels and assist with product transfers
Operations & Team Support
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing
Provide updates on shipment and inventory status
Support improvements in logistics workflows
Requirements
Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
Detail-oriented, reliable, and physically able to handle daily tasks
Comfortable using basic computer tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
