Baffinland is seeking a Mine Superintendent to lead secure, cost-effective operations at our Mary River property in Nunavut. You will supervise drilling, blasting, loading, hauling and coordinate with Maintenance and Planning teams to optimize performance.
The role requires a strong supervisory track record in open pit mining, a Nunavut Shift Boss ticket, and the ability to work in extreme cold and long 13-hour shifts.
