The Justice Supports and Services Division is seeking a Relief Secretary 2 to enhance its Provincial Victim Services Program. This position demands a skilled administrator with three years of secretarial experience and a background in assisting individuals facing traumatic events. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in managing fast-paced office duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer main phone line and provide public assistance
• Manage databases and prepare correspondence
• Book meetings and coordinate schedules




• Maintain an electronic filing system efficiently
• Support administrative staff in regional offices

Requirements:
• One-year secretarial training plus three years’ experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the criminal justice system is an asset
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
