As a Program Coordinator in Clinical Education at the University of British Columbia (UBC), you will ensure effective delivery of Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) programs. Key responsibilities include managing curriculum development and coordinating resident evaluations while fostering communication among learners, faculty, and hospital administrators. Your role is critical for supporting a growing cohort of medical residents in the Interior Health Region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate scheduling for resident and student rotations
• Manage evaluation processes and feedback for residents
• Assist in developing new rotations and training requirements
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for PGME activities
• Organize meetings, events, and recruitment activities
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in medical education
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven project planning and deadline management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and education management systems
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
