This position reports directly to the Direction of Resident Care, collaborating with Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. You will be responsible for ensuring the personal needs of residents are met through effective communication and adherence to established policies. The ability to function in a dynamic setting is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in meeting resident personal care needs
• Collaborate with nursing staff in health care tasks
• Follow protocols for privacy and confidentiality




• Engage with residents in a culturally respectful manner
• Demonstrate clear communication within the team

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 education with approved Health Care Aide Course
• Previous experience is an asset, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Satisfactory pre-employment security check required
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision
