Schedule:Thursday-Sunday, September 30th-October 18th, 2026

About the role
As a Team Lead, you'll be the driving force behind a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they're equipped, supported, and inspired to help grow visibility and engagement for the YMCA.
Compensation Package: $24/ hr
Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Brand Ambassadors representing the YMCA around the GTA
Help build awareness and excitement around the YMCA initiatives
Engage with community members to share information about the YMCA
Event setup and teardown
Ensure smooth event operations
Prompt communication of needs and updates to Account Executive
Daily reporting and timekeeping

Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in a team lead position is an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Results-oriented with attention to detail
Comfortable working Thursday to Sunday




Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to all locations is required
Must be comfortable standing for duration of shift
