As an Assistant, you will be responsible for updating spreadsheets, posting listings, following up with clients, helping arrange and complete paperwork. This is a fully remote position, so you'll be able to work from the comfort of your own home.

What you'll be doing

Updating spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records

Posting listings on various platforms

Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction

Helping to arrange and complete paperwork for real estate transactions





Supporting team members in their day-to-day activities

Requirements

Input data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems

Verify the accuracy of data entered and correct any errors

Organize and maintain files and records

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Communicate with team members and managers to ensure all data is accurate and up to date

Follow established procedures for data entry and management

Ensure data confidentiality and security

Participate in ongoing training and development programs as required
