Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

Intermediate UX Designer (6-Month Contract)

Location: On-Site (5 Days/Week) Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months)

We are seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design intuitive and scalable experiences for enterprise products. You will contribute throughout the end-to-end design process, helping transform complex business requirements into simple and effective user experiences.

This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments, and can quickly ramp up and contribute to ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design and refine experiences for web and mobile enterprise applications.
- Simplify complex workflows and information-rich interfaces into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- Participate in design critiques and collaborate closely with other designers to maintain quality and consistency.
- Work within established design systems and contribute to the evolution of reusable components and patterns.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure design quality throughout implementation.
- Incorporate user feedback, research findings, and analytics into design decisions.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility,



and user-centered design best practices.
- Support product delivery in a rapid-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

Required

- 4–6 years of experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped products.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS or B2B applications.
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently.

Preferred

- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with usability testing and UX research methodologies.
- Experience designing dashboards, workflows, and data-intensive applications.
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
