Role summary:

Join Homeless Oxfordshire as a Night Support Worker and help create a safe & supportive environment for our residents at O'Hanlon House. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide high-quality support and housing management throughout the night while also encouraging residents to build confidence and independent living skills. The role involves monitoring the building, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, managing risks, responding to challenging situations, and keeping accurate records thus ensuring the service runs smoothly overnight.

This role is responsible for delivering a safe and supportive service to all residents living at O'Hanlon House during the night.
