Become a pivotal part of GreenShield as a Group Benefits Plan Build Specialist. In this role, facilitate plan design, manage client onboarding, and support our mission of Better Health for All.
Reporting to the Manager, Client Onboarding, the Plan Build Specialist takes charge of setting up and amending health plans for both Group and Individual lines of business. You will participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) reviews, develop plan designs, and coordinate with various teams for optimal implementation of services. Your expertise will contribute directly to improving health outcomes across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up structure and plan design for clients
• Facilitate meetings to gather client requirements




• Enter details into the Administrative System accurately
• Collaborate with Client Administration on enrollment needs
• Interpret and process plan changes and amendments
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in business or administration
• 3-5 years experience in advantages industries
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Customer-centric with a continuous improvement mindset
