About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, HR Business Partner to lead the strategic people agenda for its global GTM organization. This pivotal role is not traditional; the successful candidate will be at the forefront of architecting talent and organizational strategies that align with the company's next phase of hyper-growth,
particularly in the context of AI-native selling motions and a reimagined approach to commercial team dynamics. The VP will be instrumental in scaling a world-class commercial workforce, designing organizational structures for strategic execution, and building AI-native talent strategies. Executive presence, change leadership, and a deep understanding of GTM operating models are essential, as is the ability to influence and partner with C-suite leaders.
Applicants for the VP, HR Business Partner role at the company should have a minimum of 18 years' progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HRBP roles within global sales, GTM, or commercial organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global leadership, organizational design, and guiding teams through technology-driven transformation, particularly in the context of AI and digital evolution. The role requires a leader with a strong background in change management, the ability to drive a high-performance culture, and a deep understanding of the complexities of a global GTM operation. The company is an equal-chance employer and is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive experience for all candidates.
