We're looking for a Parts Lead to support the day-to-day operation of our Parts departments at each of our locations. This hands‑on role is ideal for an experienced parts qualified who enjoys helping customers, coordinating workflow, mentoring team members, and keeping inventory and parts processes running smoothly.
As a Parts Lead, you will provide accurate parts service while helping coordinate daily workflow. Working closely with the Parts Manager, you will help keep the department organized, customer-focused, and operating safely while coaching and supporting team members.
To be considered for an interview you have:
Parts and machinery knowledge. John Deere agriculture a very strong asset.
Experience with John Deere computer applications.
3 - 5 years experience at an agriculture dealership with previous parts sales experience a strong asset.
A valid driver's license.
Willing to live within 50 kms of the location.
