As a Co-op Intern based in Vancouver, you will report directly to the Senior Analyst of Portfolio Reporting. You will work across teams such as Investment, FP&A;, Valuations, Research, and Accounting to advance portfolio analytics. Engage in cash flow forecasting, data analysis, and financial modeling while gaining insights into the investment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage financial models in Excel and Anaplan
• Analyze portfolio returns and market trends
• Validate and reconcile data from various systems
• Prepare management reports for senior leadership
• Develop portfolio analytics using Power BI
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge preferred
• Previous real estate experience is a plus
• Interest in a career in real estate
