Job Description
Key Performance Indicators
Meet and exceed daily production targets
Ensure that assembled products meet quality standards
Keep your work area 5S-compliant
Support annual equipment maintenance
Follow and uphold all safety standards

Primary Responsibilities
Manufacturing Products
Assist Production Technicians in meeting production targets in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Health & Safety standards.
Maintain production quality through regular in-process inspections.
Meet production targets without sacrificing safety or product quality.





Product Packaging
Package products in accordance with safety and quality specifications.
Package goods to meet specified production targets.
Maintain accurate inventory transaction entries on production runs.
Inspect products during the packaging process to maintain quality standards.

Rework
Rework non-conforming products to convert them into sellable stock.
Inspect and identify non-sellable goods.
Ensure the quality of reworked goods meets or exceeds quality standards.

Other duties may be assigned including ensuring production areas are organized and tidy and assisting in shipping and receiving during high-volume periods.

Your Skills
You are dependable and have a positive attitude.
You have strong communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Have basic computer skills and can follow written instructions.
Capable of lifting 50 pounds as this position requires lifting, bending and moderate physical exertion.
Able to perform physically repetitive tasks while standing, walking or sitting (8-10 hour shift).

Daily Tasks
Assist Production Technicians during production runs of our filter assembly production lines.
Package produced products into product boxes, meeting daily targets and safety standards.
Work in cross-trained positions to assist the Operations team as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $38,000 - $42,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
