What You’ll Need Minimum 3 years of underground mining experience
Demonstrated experience operating a jackleg drill in a production or development environment




Strong understanding of conventional mining methods
Experience installing ground support systems
Knowledge of underground mining safety practices and regulations
Ability to work safely in a physically demanding underground environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license

Blasting experience and explosives handling certification
Development mining experience
Experience working for underground mining contractors
