In this one-year contract role, you'll report to the Assistant Director of Catering. Utilize your five years of catering and event experience to guide clients through the planning process and oversee all aspects of food and beverage service. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, and adaptable, ready to thrive in a bustling setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through food & beverage event planning
• Manage multiple clients with competing deadlines
• Analyze and recommend for proposed client programs




• Consult Chefs on custom menu designs and alterations
• Ensure timely preparation and issuance of event orders

Requirements:
• Hospitality Management Certificate or related degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in catering/event management
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and catering software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Developed customer service experience essential
