Sobeys Inc. is seeking a Meat Supervisor to lead the department, coach friendly staff, and ensure a superior customer service experience.
You will supervise the department in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, fostering engagement with customers and colleagues. You will oversee product quality, rotation, stock levels, and daily meat operations including cutting, wrapping, labeling, and merchandising while supporting inventory and minimizing waste.
