Become an Inventory Associate with Medline Canada in Guelph, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on cycle counting, inventory management, and ensuring accuracy using SAP.
You will report to the National Inventory Manager and play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records. As an Inventory Associate, your main tasks will include performing cycle counts, root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also requires following established inventory control policies closely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy
• Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies
• Coordinate with teams to resolve inventory issues
• Reconcile inventory records with physical counts
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in inventory control or cycle counting
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Safety conscious and able to lift up to 50 lbs
