Your responsibilities include reviewing documentation, interpreting policy terms, and collaborating with field adjusters and contractors. Key Responsibilities:
• Review policyholder statements and repair estimates
• Determine coverage based on insurance terms
• Resolve claims through communication with stakeholders
• Document all communications within management software
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in claims
• University degree related to insurance or equivalent
• Ability to interpret complex documents accurately
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Adjuster's license or pursuing CIP designation
