This full-time position is based at one of four scenic locations: Westin, Village Suites, Mosaic, or the Blue Mountain Inn & Resort Homes. As the Manager on Duty, you will collaborate closely with hotel operations leadership to inspire your team and maintain the highest quality of service for guests and associates. Your leadership will drive team performance through clear communication and measurable success standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage success measures for staff coaching
• Promote service culture for optimal guest experiences




• Oversee daily hotel operations and staffing levels
• Resolve guest and staff concerns effectively
• Ensure safety procedures are established and followed

Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in hotel management or business
• 2 years' experience in hotel operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage dynamic situations
• Strong proficiency with computer systems
