Hallcon is seeking a hands-on operations manager to coordinate daily field activities and ensure safe, timely transportation for our customers. You will lead site supervisors and drivers, manage staffing, and drive training initiatives while upholding safety and compliance across multiple locations.
In this in office role, you will monitor performance, coach staff, handle incident responses, and collaborate with Fleet and Field Operations to optimize service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
