Here is what you will be doing each day:
As a Guest Services Agent , you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on each guest's experience by providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments. Each day, you will greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, provide ski valet service, park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, assist guests with luggage and other needs as required, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Who We’re Looking For:
You are outgoing, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. You're highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You're a team player who works well in a collaborative environment while also feeling comfortable working independently. Previous valet or customer service experience is considered an asset.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Provide ski valet services, including receiving, organizing, storing, and retrieving guests' ski equipment efficiently and safely.
Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Assist guests with luggage and other needs as required.
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe guest service and ski valet area.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure exceptional guest service.
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
Computer literacy Hotel
PMS experience an asset
Service oriented with an eye to supporting your internal guests
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Willingness to learn, develop & grow
Numerical acuity and high attention to detail
Comprehensive understanding of financial data, reporting, & basic arithmetic functions
Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
Professional presentation
Canadian Drivers Licence with a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation
Must be willing to work holidays and weekends
Able to perform other duties as required
Lift up to 50 lbs
