Oak Valley Health in Uxbridge is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our interprofessional inpatient team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, educate patients and coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care throughout the stay.
The role requires current RN registration with the College of Nurses, BLS, CC1 or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months, and recent acute care experience.
