Meet with operations teams to understand inefficiencies in freight routing, carrier communication, and daily logistics work
Meet with clients to understand how they use Logistics Alliance's systems and what they need from them
Translate business and client needs into transparent requirements, process maps, and user stories
Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients on technology questions, including portal access, reporting, and data integration issues
Liaise between technical teams and internal and external business users throughout implementation
Support user testing before new tools or processes go live and help resolve adoption issues
Build practical guides and training materials for internal users and clients
Collect feedback and feed it into future improvements
Compile data and performance metrics for operations leadership and clients
Identify opportunities to streamline freight visibility and client‑facing reporting
Own work from initial internal or external conversation through training materials or client updates after launch
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
2 to 5 years in business analysis, systems support, or logistics operations
Comfortable working directly with external clients, not just internal stakeholders
Working knowledge of logistics processes, including freight routing,



transportation documentation, and both less‑than‑truckload and full truckload freight
Experience supporting requirements gathering or a system implementation
Working SQL skills, including querying and validating data directly
Comfortable writing clear documentation for a non‑technical audience, internal or client‑facing
Experience with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Visio (nice to have)
Familiarity with common project tools, such as the Atlassian suite (nice to have)
Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in logistics operations and business analysis, with a strong ability to translate client needs into actionable requirements and process maps. Proficient in SQL for data validation and comfortable creating documentation for diverse audiences.
