Whistler Blackcomb is hiring certified Level 1 & 2 instructors for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Both full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on delivering top-tier guest service and creating a secure, enjoyable learning atmosphere. You'll assist guests of varying skill levels, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience on the slopes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach both group and private lessons to guests
• Deliver world-class service in a fun learning environment
• Create a safe atmosphere for instruction
• Support ski school operations, including equipment fitting
• Provide encouraging feedback to inspire skiers and snowboarders
Requirements:
• CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 1 certification or equivalent
• Fluent English communication skills
• Availability for weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Commitment to safety and guest service excellence
