AsaPrincipalDeliveryManager,youwillbeaccountableforleadingthedeliverycapabilityfortheSectorintheDigitalServicesbusinessunit,workingcloselywithdeliverymanagerstoensuresuccessfulandefficientdeliveryofmultipleengagementsacrossanaccountportfolio.

Youwillempowerandsupportteamstoperformwell,learnandgrowinamannerthatisconsistentwithcompanyvalues.Youwillstrengthenandensuresuccessfuldeliveryacrossengagementsthatwillbenefitusinwinningnewbusinesswithexistingcustomers.OwnsasectorviewofdemandforpeopleandworkswithBUOperationstomanageourdeliverycapability.YouwillhaveoversightandsupportCustomerSuccess,investinginclientrelationshipsfromadeliveryperspectiveasatrustedadvisortoaddressbusinessproblemsthroughdigitaldelivery.

Minimum(essential)Requirements

Minimumof10yearsofdemonstrablesuccessmanagingthedeliveryoftechnology-basedprojectsusingagilemethodology.

Substantialexperienceinmanagingandleadingprojectteamsincludinglinemanagementresponsibility.

Evidenceofdevelopingandmanagingsoundclient-supplierrelationshipsandgoodknowledgeofatleastoneindustryvertical(e.g.FinancialServices,HealthorGovernment).

Broadtechnologyexperience,awarenessofcurrenttechnologytrendsandasolidunderstandingofcontemporarysoftwareengineeringpracticesandbehaviours.

Evidenceoftakingresponsibilityforcontractandcommercialtermsonprojects.

Experienceofadheringtorobustprojectgovernanceandtechnicalqualitystandards.

Strongabilitytomakereasoneddecisionsunderpressuretakingabalancedviewofclientdemands,commercialinterestsandtheimpactontheteam.

Provenabilitytomanage,motivateandempowerteamsandleadbyexample.
