Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all maintenance for cheese and whey production
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards
• Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and inventory
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures
Requirements:
• Certified tradesperson or relevant engineering degree
• 5+ years in maintenance management roles
• Experience in food industry preferred
• Knowledge of PLC programming
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
