This temporary part-time position is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary team at Seven Oaks Tertiary Mental Health, you will provide support and rehabilitation to clients in a community setting.

Your contributions will include assisting clients with daily activities and self-care while engaging in treatment planning and monitoring strategies to ensure their well-being. Building rapport and trust with clients will be key to promoting their recovery. Key Responsibilities:

- Help clients with daily living skills and rehabilitation activities




- Participate in client treatment planning and implementation
- Monitor health conditions and medication responses
- Support clients during outings and activities
- Collaborate with team members for comprehensive care

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma and relevant mental health coursework
- Two years of hands-on experience with mental illnesses
- Valid BC Driver's License and CPR, Food Protected certifications
- Understanding of the Mental Health Act mandatory
