About the Opportunity

VDK Group Inc. is seeking a creative and motivated Videographer to join our growing team. This role captures, edits, and produces engaging video content that showcases our products, projects, people, manufacturing processes, and company culture.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, is comfortable working in both manufacturing and construction environments, and can take a video project from initial concept through filming, editing, and final delivery.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, film, and edit professional video content for social media, recruitment, marketing, training, and company communications.
- Capture footage of manufacturing processes, completed projects, installations, products, employees, and company events.
- Develop short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Work with internal teams to develop creative concepts and identify opportunities for engaging content.
- Edit footage, including audio, graphics, transitions, captions, and other visual elements.
- Photograph products, projects, employees, and events when required.
- Organize and maintain video, photo, and digital media files.
- Ensure all content maintains a professional and consistent company image.




- Travel to local job sites and company locations to capture content as required.
- Manage multiple projects and meet content deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in videography, video production, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong video shooting and editing skills.
- Experience with professional editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Understanding of lighting, audio, framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating social media and short-form video content.
- Photography and photo-editing experience is an asset.
- Comfortable filming in manufacturing facilities and active construction environments.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project locations as required.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video work are preferred.
