Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Stores Person / Driver to manage their equipment and material store in Peterborough with immediate start available. This role is instrumental in ensuring their equipment is organised, maintained, and delivered to various sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct deliveries of equipment to/from our client's sites (including London) as needed.

- Manage and account for all equipment at Head Office and onsite, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Supervise the cleaning and servicing of equipment returned to their workshop, preparing it for redeployment.

- Maintain and update the asset register consistently.

- Liaise with the Workshop Manager and on-site operatives to assess and fulfil site requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

- Holds a full UK driving licence for equipment deliveries.

- Demonstrates solid organisational skills and attention to detail.





- Has a good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

- Is familiar with COSHH waste regulations (desirable).

- Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.

- Shows a commitment to quality and safety standards.

- Is a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.

- 28 days holiday per annum, including bank holidays.

- Predominantly Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 (37.5 hours per week).
