Reporting to the Manager of Student Talent Coaching and Engagement, this role focuses on guiding co-op students through career development, leveraging your expertise in labour market trends and academic curricula. You will enhance student engagement, provide personalized coaching, and collaborate with faculty and industry partners to facilitate successful student experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage co-op students throughout job search and performance
• Develop students' skills using market and curriculum insights
• Conduct labour market analysis and assess students' needs




• Collaborate with faculty and partners to bolster student engagement
• Maintain a database for tracking student skills and progress

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields like Education or HR
• Experience in co-op programs, recruiting, or HR
• Knowledge of Brock's co-op programs and hiring cycles
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
