Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers promptly
• Resolve inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person

• Coordinate installations with sales and service teams

Requirements:
• High School diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
• 3–5 years in customer service roles
• Preferred knowledge of window and door products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
