The candidate should proactively connect with clients across the branch and in the community, understand their banking needs, offer help and advice, and look for sales and referral opportunities.
The candidate must focus on educating clients and showing them how things work, using technology to create a good experience while also supporting sales and retaining business.
The candidate must respond to client inquiries and assist them with a wide range of day-to-day financial transactions.
The candidate should actively listen to clients and engage in conversations to better understand their individual needs.
The candidate should take responsibility for resolving client issues and take steps to prevent future banking problems.
The candidate must build and maintain good relationships with partners to create more business opportunities.
Job Requirements The candidate must hold Mutual Funds accreditation or be willing to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
The candidate should have a strong focus on putting clients first and be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.




The candidate must have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, a willingness to learn, strong ethics, and ambition to succeed.
The candidate must be digitally literate and comfortable using smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices.
The candidate must have a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships within the finance or service sector.
