Reporting to the Manager of the IT Learning Technology Team, you'll utilize your technical expertise to support and train users within the district. Your experience will be essential in maintaining school servers and securing devices, enhancing the educational workplace for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and implement educational technology solutions at schools
• Deploy and maintain educational technology through troubleshooting and repairs
• Configure and support school server applications and infrastructure




• Manage security protocols for devices and backup systems
• Provide technical support for communication technologies

Requirements:
• Three-year diploma in Computer Engineering Technology or related field
• Minimum two years of experience in the education sector
• Knowledge of interactive smart boards and telephony systems
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience in IT training considered an asset
