Bilingual Customer Service Representative 12 month contract - 40 hours per week - $25 CAD/hour
What You'll Bring Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, marketing, or a related business function
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and manage account-related requests, including pricing and tax exemption updates
Create, maintain, and update customer records within CRM systems
Prepare reports, analyze trends, and recommend best practices for customer account management tools and platforms
Work Location This is an office-based position located in Calgary, Alberta.
