Lead complex strategic and operational projects from initiation through completion
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership
Support organizational change management efforts for successful adoption and sustainment of improvements
Establish performance metrics and measure project success against business objectives
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Experience managing budgets,



project schedules, and project risk
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Change Management certification
Preferred: Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or operational excellence initiatives
Preferred: Experience within industrial, mining, construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or service environments
