In this vital role, you will perform Workplace Hazard Assessments and Job Hazard Analyses to identify and rank potential workplace hazards. Engaging with employees and stakeholders, you'll gather essential information to evaluate risks and suggest targeted control measures. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive workplace hazard assessments
• Interview employees and stakeholders for insights
• Identify, assess, and classify workplace hazards
• Develop hazard control and risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare documentation and reports on safety recommendations
Requirements:
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation required
• Experience in Hazard Assessments and JHA
• Strong analytical and report-writing capabilities
• Ability to work in office in Winnipeg
