Summary The Specialist, Designated Sales Associate (DSA) is an in-store, commission-based role focused on developing deep, long-term customer relationships to drive personal and brand sales. The DSA provides expert product knowledge, represents the assigned brand on the selling floor, and supports store initiatives to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets
Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
Share product expertise with the selling team and attend product/vendor education sessions
Support visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and event execution
Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail,



and electronic methods for follow-up and events
Resolve customer service issues and elevate to selling management as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber security policies
Requirements High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years experience in a commission-based sales workplace
Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Fully bilingual in French and English
Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated
